For Andrew Edwards, real estate is about more than buying or selling a property; it’s about guiding people through one of the most meaningful chapters of their lives. His philosophy, “real estate done right, rooted in integrity, driven by knowledge, and powered by connection,” shapes every client relationship he builds. Andrew’s mission is to bring clarity, confidence, and peace of mind to every transaction, helping clients find not just a house, but a true sense of home.

A Pensacola native and graduate of the University of West Florida with a degree in Finance, Andrew knows the Gulf Coast inside and out. He has lived in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, Pace, and Pensacola Beach, giving him deep local insight across both Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties.

Before real estate, Andrew spent more than a decade in beach safety, rising from lifeguard to captain for Pensacola Beach and Okaloosa Beach, and later serving as a manager at Portofino. He also worked with the island authority’s leasing administration, gaining firsthand knowledge of coastal properties, lease laws, and condominium operations. That experience shaped his ability to stay calm under pressure, build trust through communication, and find solutions in complex situations—all qualities his clients rely on today.

Andrew’s approach blends modern marketing and smart systems with a personal, high-touch service philosophy. He believes in integrity first, excellence through preparation, and consistent follow-through. His clients value his transparency, local expertise, and commitment to making the process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely rewarding.

A lifelong resident dedicated to giving back, Andrew serves as President of TriGulfCoast and is an active member of the Optimist Club of Gulf Breeze, Emerald Coast Lifesaving Association, and Pensacola Runners Association. He is also a CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor for the Red Cross and has raised more than $15,000 for Hotel for Dogs and Cats through endurance swims, including a 20-mile swim from Fort Pickens to Navarre Beach Pier in August 2023.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find Andrew running, swimming, hiking with his dog, or enjoying basketball and tennis. For him, every client interaction is guided by the same values that have defined his life: integrity, professionalism, and genuine connection.
